(Preliminary Design & Rough Estimate)

Design Contract Signing

– Design Contract Fee: 20% of Estimated Cost
– *If conditions are met, 10% can be applied to construction costs*

Construction Contract Signing & Groundbreaking

If You Already Own Land

Application Fee: 20,000 USD

Allocation of Design Contract Fee to Construction Costs

Of the fee paid at the time of signing the design contract (20% of the estimated cost), 10% is ultimately applied to construction costs. However, this only applies if all of the following conditions are met.

• The construction contract is entered into within one year of signing the design contract
• The plan content has not been significantly changed (no redesign required)
• The construction contract is signed with a construction partner designated by TYPE U
